I’ve also now began a setup for propagation that’s much closer to me, so hunting is beginning and backups veg will be kept closer.
This run was on week 5.5 when I was there and has been fed on well water and a blend of organics I formulated. You can see some lacking from the high cal in the water. Now they have a RO in place and will be using clean water to formulate the feeds with and crush the coming runs.

One week into flower, Perm Maker × Lemon Cherry Gelato. New nutrient line, newer strain, made a few mistakes early, adjusted and took notes. Everything’s on track now. I’m sure come weeks four and five are when all the mistakes will show.

Any pics of the triploid in veg?
I just got to germinate them today to be honest, but all the ones pictured from world breeders are triploid genes and hash production specific as well. Like their team really has been putting in work to put out hash specific genetics which is amazing. Currently I’ll be hunting a bunch of their genetics stateside as a collab/partnership with them.
Same with some of the strains from happy dreams as well, Mr d has been sending me some of his best hash production genetics to run and find keepers of. To be honest I got in a really good place for genetics this year with the partnerships I’ve come to grow into.

I only ask because I’m doing some breeding with some bohdi stuff. I found a triploid and bred it back crossed and with some Bay Area genetics and haven’t found many of the same traits. Smoke is great but that three leaf thing hasn’t come around yet. Many thousand still to go.

Oh no worries! The whole triploid production thing has actually peaked my interest as of lately especially with these guys. As one of the first breeders to put them out into productions but crossing the triploid they use to diploids they’ve been able to find not only the bump in yields but also in profile enhancement as well. So I’m very interested to see how they all turn out. Of course they’re also feminized so should be smooth sailing through cycles. The resin production I’ve been told has been collectively abundant, so not only twice the weight but more overall expression.
When I was first leaning about the traits triploids carry I never thought seeds were possible but it’s amazing to see it was figured out. I’ve been told the secondary metabolites don’t always produce the same though which doesn’t seem to be the case with these genetics. They’re looking to be more productive than the latter, so I’m excited to see that come to fruition and really make a splash in the hash data.
