Does anyone know of a way to automatically check ph of runoff under plants like aroyas new system that isn’t subscription based? I’m sure I could build something but didn’t know if there’s anything off the shelf available so I don’t have to manually check runoff on each bench everyday and be able to have more of a live log if that makes sense.
If you got TM I’m sure you could rig up a line to a ph monitor or EC monitor and do it that way.
I use grow link in some spots and agrowtek in others. I’m planning on designing a prototype catch tray that’s got female threads this weekend so a ph and ec probe can thread into the catch tray and designing it correctly so that it’s getting fresh runoff and will never be dry because that’s when ph probes get ruined. Basically gonna have an overflow port that will let it run on table to refresh old runoff with new but want to make sure it’s done correctly and am getting fresh updated runoff readings each runoff event so not exactly sure how I’m going to funnel the runoff to keep probe wet and volume down. As an aside, I’m Hoping to switch totally over to agrowtek to not pay subscription fee to Growlink.
