If the CDPH and BCC didn’t have a problem with your first two approaches maybe we could try it! Unfortunately, the alternative will have to do for now.
Luckily, the efficiencies gained by utilizing a hammer mill gives me just enough time to get on here and upset people with different approaches. Just trying to be helpful, why the negative energy? I provided an answer to a question you had nothing invested in.

That’s basically the same throughput I get with our modified pneumatic hammer. There’s very little dusting and nugs come out in 1/4 inch chunks. The process is labor intensive and we pack in a freezer, so we pack about 45,000 grams of FF in half an hour then take a warm up break then keep hammerin’

Dope setup! Imagine if that was smashed by hand… Yikes!

I’ve done it by hand with a mallet when we started the lab…took forever and you worked up a sweat in the freezer. The hammer allows for a much more controlled FF patty break up in 1/4 of the time. One of the best purchases I made last year

It works though and can be efficient. Still, won’t miss those days… We used to just call it the “charecter building” station! haha…

I could not agree more! I’ve already paid my dues, so I’m not the wook in the freezer anymore. When we need to warm up, we all run over to hot plate where we purge extracts and lay our hands on it

its like an air chisel. I can use the adapter on my packing tool and it could pack harder? Like I said i just found the thread. How does the other packing tool work?
its an air chisel but electric, it pounds up and down. I think it has a switch to make it not rotate.

That’s awesome. I want the no noise version though.

Have you not used a rotary hammer drill in your life???
I know I just used a sds rotary hammer drill to drill 1/2”x12” holes in my floor to anchor in my pallet racks and most Floridians have one of these in most houses!!
Most years we have to board for hurricanes. Typically we are drilling threw concrete to board up. You need a hammer drill for this.
That tool isn’t nothing a chisel.
