I have some outdoor trim, should be around 6-7%. How much do you think I could get for it in the current market?

If it smells like mold? I don’t want it
If it smells and looks old? 10 a pound
If it smells fire but from last year? 25 a lb
Smells fire, poorly sorted fresh auto/ deps 35 a lb
If it were 10-15% you could double those rates
