Last time I checked, dumping any amount of hydrocarbons uncontrollably into the atmosphere is bad. I don’t know how much propane would be condensed in the system, would depend on the size of it. I don’t know anything about the properties of supercritical propane.
If a rupture disc bursts, generally about 3/4 of the gas in the system is lost.
