I’m new here and my brother and I are selling our organic farm in Colombia for $250K OBO. It’s valued at $340K.
It’s a beautiful 4.8 hectare production farm located an hour from Bogota. 2 large greenhouses and 4 outdoor plots with irrigation, currently growing aromatic herbs (oregano, mint, thyme & rosemary) for international export. The farm also has licenses to grow hemp and cannabis for an additional $25K and we can provide the seeds. The licenses are:
- Non-Psychoactive cannabis cultivation license
- Psychoactive cannabis cultivation license
- License to manufacture cannabis derivatives.
Neighbors are floral, berry, and cattle/ dairy farmers. Hemp is being produced in nearby Guatavita that I know of and probably more. Guasca is 10 mins away or Sopo 1/2 hour and has everything you need including medical, dental, agro and veterinary services.
Primary residence for the owners has 3 bed, 2 bath with indoor fireplace, outdoor oven, laundry, dining room, large outdoor deck, and children’s playground. The farming family lives in a small home next to the greenhouses and they do all the farming and shipping for the base Colombian salary. They would like to stay on with the new owners and are very friendly and helpful.
Lots of activities in the area - Paragliding, sailing, hiking to volcanic lagoons, natural ferric hot springs, dining, cycling, and more. The people are great - Safe, friendly, and welcoming.
