Organic Crude and Bio Pricing

My company is in talks with a few others about a potential merge. One of the partners is overvaluing (in my opinion) certified organic biomass and crude. Do y’all have a gauge on the market and could provide me with some prices you’ve been seeing out there?

Winterized Crude - $80/kg Biomass - $1.00 - 1.50/lb
Certified Organic does not have additional value IMO on bulk sales.

Ive only seen a few companies with certified organic biomass that sells for 2.5-3x normal biomass prices. A good example is Kentucky Heritage Hemp, they seem to be a leader on the organic side. Although, being that the demand is still so small I would be wary to value that biomass any higher than normal biomass. It seems like a ploy to greatly increase the company’s value after not being able to cash in on their organic grow.

PS. I have no affiliation to Kentucky Heritage Hemp besides being connected on LinkedIn
