Anybody in the pnw recieve a cease and desist letter let? Oregon water appropriation has been a heated topic lately. A small nursery down the road from me near eugene got a letter to cease using water . Several small livestock owners with 2 heads of cattle or a chicken coop have also gotten a similar letters also mentioning cofas or shelters needing a permit. Seems like the state and county got used to the extra cannabis permit funds pouring in and now that dried up its onto to heckling anyone and everyone for potential money.
