yeah they always weigh it in a container and just pretend the container is part of it. ridiculous. if you ever get popped and your lawyer doesn’t point that out and demand a re-weigh, you need a new lawyer.

Any trumped up charge they can throw at you. But hey, they will drop the misdemeanors, if you just plead guilty to a few felonies…
