Aids stability by emulsifying right ? That later it can be homogenized and make water soluble ?

you could probably make a concentrate with the cannabinoids+ carrier oil+ small amount of h20.

yeah, just make sure your recipe is good to go before you go out and make a ton.

Is addition of lecithin that necessary when producing oil tincture ?

I have found cocentrated (below 25%) tinctures using MCT, hempseed oil, olive oil, grapeseed oil, or safflower oil to be stable for month if not year.

Plus aren’t lecithin compounds present in hemp waxes ?

Not necessary but like @cyclopath mentioned, might be helpful in many aspects. That’s what I’m trying to find, if it actually makes a difference.
