Does anyone have any experience with the Hefestus PSC10 (or any other Hefestus model) grinder? I’ve acquired one from a sister company and can save ~25-30k vs. the purchase of a new Fritsch or Mobius if I can get it up and running. It’s got a stated throughput of 130-660lbs/hr, so it’s a beast, but it’s got overseas voltage (380V, 3ph), though I’m already working through that bit.
I’m really just looking for notes on ideal running, expected maintenance, tips, etc.anything at all will help. Thanks fam <3
