Old material won't crumble

Iv recently got some last years im trying to run and for the life of me I can’t figure it out. In the past we ran some very disappointing material without problems but for some reason this material will not crumble. It leaves me with a very goopy end product that if I leave in the oven for weeks will grow crystals but in the past I was able to pour, put in oven without vac, and come back to crumble in 12-14 hours.

we use preform, silica, and alumina for media and N Butane for gas.

ANY guidance is appreciated very much.

Oil based foliar sprays have given me texture issues in the past

Do you know much about the provenance of the biomass?

Have you tested the material recently? Depending how old and how it’s been stored, it could have decarbed.

It’s time to move on from last year’s biomass

You can seperate the thca out and formulate your crumble with that fraction. There are a few methods I use to refine this high d9thc (decarbed) oil
