Can l2l grower purchase grown plants from other growers?
Can plants be purchased before harvest so I can dry and cure our way?

With all of the growers in ok rn I am sure you could find someone who is willing to do it your way. A flooded market means that you can be picky.

I didn’t see anywhere where it says you can not. As you know it changes often. There is the Ag licenses you will need to obtain as well. I would think as long as you report in on the monthly report.
