NV weed sucks

This shit is bad people. WTF. I literally can’t say any more about this topic.

Don’t even message me with Green Life as a response…No acceptable.

Seriously people. Is there a business owner to talk to?

Nevada was a complete shit show in the beginning and this is what it has evolved to. It was major pay for play for the super wealthy of the state who put there buddies with no cannabis experience in top management. Then came the consultants. They promised they would have their operations so streamlined and automated that they could grab a director of cultivation for 80-100k a year and pay everyone else $15 an hour. For example I know a guy who was a golf caddy for 5 years, got hired for a few years as a brand ambassador(which is usually half naked women at events) , then spent two years as a sales rep. Then got a job as director of operations for 7 months and has now rebranded himself as a high end consultant for designing and building out grow facilities and dispensaries in the state lol the flower is 90% dry low potency low terpene and the phenos are always selected for bag appeal in this state.

I am so not scared of national legalization anymore. Fire product sells and a lot of people have trouble making it and even maintaining the quality to the shelf once they have it.

Let me get access to USPS

I cant sell weed because its illegal and im just a grower. Mine stinks too

Super low humidity states = mostly mids

All those terps evaporated

Colorado called and says you’re full of fucking shit.

Also that it’s super psyched about the upcoming Red Rocks season…I dunno, I tuned out when Colorado started talking about that…

Indoor grows exist which have these magical machines called ‘humidifiers’. BLACK MAGIC WITCHCRAFT I SAY!!! NEXT YOU’LL HAVE US THROWING OUR FIRST BORNS IN VOLCANOES TO CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE, I’VE SEEN IT A MILLION TIMES.

CO has decent flower, but any deli style dispos are serving it up dry af

And that’s because of Chadley S. Chaddington the daddy’s son/accountant telling the team what they need to do the job is too expensive. Not due to humidity.

ASK ME HOW I KNOW

His brother’s name was Brad, btw. Almost just as good. Worked in IT and didn’t know how the fuck to use a command line.

I’m gonna guess that the reason Nevada has shitty weed is closer to the same reason Illinois has shitty weed. Illinois has 22 grow licenses, not a single one issued to anyone who knows anything about growing weed.

It’s just clown town to me. Anyone can maintain freshness I would think. NV and AZ have tons of solar…why would it be bad that bad.

Not only that but the budtenders dont know a thing and the displasaries don’t even show you what you wanna see to make the proper decision. Don’t even let me tell you my experience at CuraLeaf, let alone The Reef or Planet 13; and CuraLeaf is on the stock market. The prerolls were basicially trash and top shelf was mids. No humidity packs…does anyone do N2 in the jar? Is it just me or something seems off here…just literally no competition?

Have you tried Tahoe Hydro? I’ve heard they’re good, albeit not from the most credible people

I heard the same about Green Life. I am not here to give reviews or anything, but I look for the details and the weed was mids.

Best in NV i hear

what spots are doing it right? I haven’t live in CO in ~7 years, used to frequent botanico and good chemistry mostly when I was in Denver

To be totally honest I washed my hands of most dispos entirely the last few years. Kind Love was killing it and was one of the only decent dispos when I was still frequenting them though otherwise it’s got most talented growers i’ve ever met - most of which want nothing to do with the rec market though.

It’s almost like over regulation slaughters small craft producers, and leads it to greed over practice principles.

Let the good ones shine, let the bad ones practice, but for the love of God, don’t leave it just to the f***in Brad’s, Chad’s, and Thad’s.

I will be disappointed if all we end up with is “Busch light” level weed products everywhere because a few greedy s*** for brains.

Also, CO weed techniques are great, but erm, atmospheric pressure wants to have a word with you about how crunchy ya’lls weed is.

NV is too dry.

CA shouldn’t even be an ag state in the first place, certainly not at the scale it is. (Why TF we grow almonds in the desert is beyond my understanding.)

The things people forget is that as a business, you have to sell enough weed to cover your expenses with the irregularities of retailers…

Most peoples problem is they try to setup for a market that doesn’t exist…

Why setup a disty lab that can feed the whole state when you can only probably get into so many stores, and at a slow ass rate.

You have to have enough money to cover everything until it’s profitable. One of my most successful farms is a small craft farm. High end materials, most trim is blasted, other trim goes into prerolls…and whatever…

You can get by as a processor by utilizing your skills along with your retail sales but keep the expenses low.

I started with such low expenses that I could pay them off my day job so that the weed income didn’t matter…we are just about profitable with a team of 5.

Keep you expenses low and optimize the process by using the correct tools.

Trim prerolls?

I really don’t know what they do…I run 50lb a month, but that will double soon since T1 doubled and they already had the space

Try to find a pre roll in Michigan that isn’t trim. Often crappy machine trim.

I had the worst preroll in NV. Taste like dirt. No rice papers. Seemed like it was seeds and stems…worse than brick weed from ack in the day
