Its insane to me how these politicians opt to shut down billion dollar industries in their states while it is federally legal. Rather than regulating and taxing them like cannabis or alcohol. Wild

they did a recall for vapes recently because the packaging resembled an arcade game cabinet, I doubt many kids even know what those are at this point

On Aug. 1, Gov. Mike Parson signed an executive order to remove all hemp-derived THC edibles and beverages from store shelves and threatening penalties to any establishment that continues selling them.
