its super overwhelming. Ive had to hire someone cause its only me. i field emails and calls from 5:30am till the time i sleep. Free consulting to any customer and some not customers.
I have about 50-100 calls and emails a day. Not to mention i offer next day shipping on every single item i sell. So when im not answering everyone. Im packing orders or building extractors. I hired someone this week to do all the grunt work so i can focus full on sales and customer service.
I really am sorry i cant help everyone. Ive said it before. this isnt the first sale i lost probably wont be the last. Im only 1 person. Im not gonna be able to close every sale. I dont have a sales team. When you talk to someone its me personally.
