I am new to the industry (in the sales area) and was curious to learn from those in the know of any recommendations for YouTube channels/articles/scientific papers, or the like that could help me learn more about the entire process.

What process?
Download the data dump, plenty of papers in there. You can also use Google scholar to look up PDFs that aren’t in there, then use scihub to download if they’re behind a paywall.
Otherwise you should search for what youre interested in on the search bar here, if you cant find the answers you want after that create a thread. The questions in your OP are far too broad, and many of them are probably already answered on other threads. Good luck.
