New Strawberry Gummies

Just cured and coated a new batch of clean label gummies using our stock pectin SOP. These use sucrose as desiccant and tapioca as humectant + naturally derived flavors/colors. Simple but so good.

I’ve been following these guys on insta for a minute. They are doing some pretty cool stuff! Gonna buy some trays next week and will try their sop soon after. Will update forum shortly after.
