So I’m doing a thing that people have been asking me to do. I’m a wee bit nervous about it but the only way out of that is through most likely.
This morning at 10am EST I’m starting my live stream on cannabis news. I’ll be covering the week according to me and attempting to answer any questions that come up in the chat.
And that’s a wrap. First National News Stream is in the can. Probably should have prepared more news - not sure 20 minutes of talking about harm reduction was the intention.

Amazing to see some good content being put out there! Could I request you restream to both youtube and twitch? would love if i can watch live on youtube, plus youtube will store your live streams forever vs twitch deleting them eventually (i think?).

Sure can. I’m working right now to decide on which OBS to multi-stream with. There are so many platforms, knowing which ones people are watching from is helpful.
Just today I’ve been told… twitch, youtube, facebook, linkedin, X, tiktok, rumble, and kick. And I’ll be honest, I didn’t even know some of those existed. Not trying to leave anyone out!
The youtube video says it is currently processing/exporting - so it should be up soon.
So my next scheduled #NationalCannabisNews stream is this Friday at 10am EST.

The content appears to be too long for X and Insta just now - but I am working on shorts and such. And I’m working on getting them to give me a live stream key as well so I can add them to a multi-stream OBS.

I finally figured out the mic issues - so the sound quality is better.
What would you like the stream to include? Coming soon - guest speakers. Still focusing on cannabis advocacy and all the cannabis things happening across the country.
