I’ve been consulting Liam since August. Liam has been consulting with me the entire time. Many of messages that are in the hands of Ispire now. You have no idea the hours I’ve put in on Liam and Ispire behalf. You are commenting on something you know very little about. You may know how UPS rips people off, but you know nothing about the relationship between Liam and myself. Liam failed to mention that. You can write a book on UPS shipping, disbursement fee’s, FDA clearance, duty amounts, if you like, but it changes nothing. I’m not goin into what was said between me and the DBO except to say that Liam should have handled it. @stoopkid, I have nothing against you and thank you for the UPS explanation of fee’s. I appreciate it.

Agreed, @Liam84 actually waited to ship my order and went with a different method when someone else posted about customs holding an order. It seemed dhl was really bad so he switched to ups
He took action and did what he could as far as I aware.
This is not on him at all imo.
Edit: Just to be clear, I have nothing to gain in this. Yes I’m selling some of his carts, but I couldn’t really care if I sold em or not. It’s money I was willing to part with and I’m not even selling em for any profit.

id be fucking livid if i was @Liam84. You send FREE samples which is not free for Liams company then Shipping from China to the USA any other method but China post cost serious money. I would not doubt it cost $20-30 to ship samples from China to the US. Then the samples and time it takes away from everyones job just because you got the unlucky draw of UPS customs.
i have nothing to gain at all. I didnt get the free sample liam offered me. Im just an outsider looking in and saying WTF… What kinda of consulting was done from august? i find this all kinda petty.

I would be slinging all kinds of shit if I was him too, what little communication I have had with @Liam84 has been nothing but positive.
He has gone above and beyond in my experience. That’s why I’m defending him, I will do that for any other vendor here as well if I have had a good experience.

Small Parcels are extremely expensive compared to bulk quantity shipment，cost around 36usd+ just to ship it，to be honest，I didnt use fastest service，which will cost almost double.

Thanks man，because I truly see something special in our products and the last thing I would do is to break our brand image by poor service.
But We are all in a life-long learning process，no doubt there will be some mistakes.

OK turning the page on customs/brokerage fees.
This cart has been filled 3x with thick concentrate that will not move at room temp and getting ready to fill again
This cart is also on the 3rd fill and so far none of the @Liam84 carts I have used have clogged or spit. I have never had any carts not clog or spit since I been running them extra thick.
