A nice house in Orlando will cost 1500-2500 a month.

A nice apartment will cost 1200-1500$ a month.

Hourly at 25$ an hour could mean not full 40 hour weeks when needed, no paid time off, and typically smaller bonuses.

So your saying the housing cost is going to cost nearly 45-50% of the pay after taxes and they would be possibly moving for a part time job some weeks???

@Siosis offers some pretty fair deals that are lucrative on the back end with perks. 50k might be a tad low (60-65 for someone relocating), but otherwise the production bonuses should put you over that mark. And a top class operation. Great opportunity for someone looking to spend 2 years or so cranking it out.
