If you mean a disposable 1-piece pen I highly recommend not going anywhere near any disposable pen made for more than 0.5ML. High percentage of the batteries will die long before the cart is empty.
Just get a cheap rechargeable battery and include it free with your cart. Price breakdown for a cart plus battery is within $1 of a fully disposable pen. It’s also less wasteful and people will like the idea of also having a battery they can continue to use

I dont know of any right off hand. I know the wand from ispire takes usb c to recharge their 18650s but im sure if you request from factory an usb c input it can be done for .15-17 cents a unitq
