im ex ups so when Il allows delivery im all over that shit. tehy have driver jobs but its a security position. Im looking at a job so I went to 4 dispensaries to just see what they do. Of all of them only one had a decent budtender and he was only 21. I can rock that job to get my foot in the door. and i think the security isnt really heavily certified, i dont think most of them even have a gun. it was likesocial equity budtenders- gay black men who smoke weed. They dindnt have any knowledge beyond sativa gets you high and indica brings you down? also - not able to look at weed or smell it. The one good budtender was suggesting a cookie mint cross with a kush.
