silly question perhaps… but do we ( United States citizens) need to verify L2L to do transactions involving ML ??
If you don’t have a hemp license you shouldn’t be handling anything over .3% THC.
The transfer of mother liquor between processers may be okay as long as it’s labeled work in progress/ not for sale. And will be diluted to below .3% thc before the end consumer receives it.
Mother liquor from hemp can be anywhere from 5-25% thc so it would be considered the same as traditional marijuana concentrates to the coppers

yeah i was assuming its basically the same as if you had an entire liter of D9. no different to the law. yeah i’ve got some ML in the lab thats about 14% d9 figured it was hotter than a 2 dollar pistol
