Brittany Carbone:

Brittany Carbone founded TONIC in 2017, while working as a personal trainer and health coach on Long Island, NY. Bootstrapping as a solopreneur, Carbone grew the company from a side-hustle operating out of her parents’ kitchen to a vertically integrated 7-figure operation, all while staying true to her original vision and mission of providing effective plant-based wellness solutions that are good for the people and good for the planet.

Brittany not only leads the all-female team at TONIC as the Founder & CEO, but also co-founded Tricolla Farms and Bardo Labs. Leveraging her hands-on experience with every stage of the supply chain and her deep understanding of CBD brand development and management, Brittany is able to provide Bardo’s brand partners with the tactical guidance needed to navigate a complicated and rapidly-changing marketplace and regulatory landscape.

Brittany also serves on the board of the New York Cannabis Growers and Processors Association and is chair of the Association’s Sustainability committee, working to ensure that sustainable development and environmental consciousness is built into the foundational framework of NY’s regulated cannabis market.

Erik Carbone:

In addition to managing operations as Bardo’s COFOUNDER & CEO, Erik Carbone is the COFOUNDER & LEAD GROWER at Tricolla Farms. Combining his many years of logistics and management experience in the construction industry with his passion for cannabis and horticulture, Erik dove head-first into hemp cultivation in 2017 and hasn’t looked back.

His determination and intense desire to help people heal and connect through cannabis has made him a leader in the NYS hemp industry.

Focusing on craft cultivation and sustainable practices, he also consults for other farmers looking to transition into hemp, providing assistance in all areas of farm operations; from sourcing genetics and equipment, to implementing irrigation systems and harvest plans, to selling the crop and responsibly bringing products to market.

The quality of Bardo’s extracts are a direct reflection of the quality of Tricolla Farms’ flower and the tireless work that Erik puts in to ensure the ethos of quality, sustainability, and reverence for the cannabis plant are present from the very start
