I think its going to be a few cycles for the dakotas. ND was legit the only place in the US i’ve been to/lived in that had “if you smell like pot you will be denied service and the DEA will be called!” printouts on bright pink paper taped to the doors of IHOP in the middle of the winter on no significant day. I saw more alcohol and prescription drugs out there than anything else. Idk what the deal with weed is out there, I got the vibe it was a more Minnesota thing (in 2016)
