I feel like there possibly could be a way to mix the distillate in during the creation of the nicotine salts themselves. By any chance is distillate soluble in benzoic acid?
Why not just dilute freebase nicotine in the distillate itself and skip the whole juice part?

The salts have a stronger effect and they arent as harsh on your lungs as nicotine freebase. If salts can be made to work you would have a much better end product.

You would be successful using PG with a small amount of PEG-400, only issue is finding the right amount of distillate so that your pod doesn’t clog and you still get a buzz. I find around 30 percent dist is good with 60 mg/ ml of nicotine salts

I was just going to suggest using some sort of peg 200 300 or 400 . I’m very familiar with diy eliquid I can te you peg taste like ass but in small amounts it could work out for you
