Mmm mains should be below 100 which is why I think the Rpms being backwards will definitely change a few things, especially vac depth. Cause theoretically you reach max vac with Rpms stopped “ “ Sooo with the lower rpm it won’t take as much heat either, temps are spot on but run time will improve. All other parameters I’m kosher with

If this works ima be happy but it’s a very short video so it’s uploading & I might cry happy tears 
So this is at 13 or > micron maybe was 3… but Rpms at 350 & condenser at 100c, banging through & clear as can be. Not oxidizing. Heads fractions off perfect, color will run slight tinge then complete to main color within 200 or less. 600-900rpm 155-165 heads, mains 300-550rpms really 180-190 on mantle maintaining 180c on vapor temp will be

I got my rpms up to 1150…coiling a bit faster then yours.
Mantle temp 162.5. Head temp at 140-142 (fluctuates) and vac depths at 120 and creeping up ever so slowly.

I think I was at 750 there, if she’s running faster that’s good, less residency time with the mains the better & less chance of they staying around.
I’ve been in heads down at 14-17um so it won’t surprise me if the reaction went well, all your fractions besides volatiles may hit below 100um consistently. Great job y’all are getting to the nit & grit!

You run heads till nothing drips then ramp or ramp at a certain intervals? Do you keep it at 155-165 the whole heads time or slowly ramp when microns drop and ramp at 5c intervals?
This shits a whole new monster for me. Especially with this new set up.
