I second doing it quarterly; a month goes by super fast. Fewer awards per year would seem more special, and easier for those keeping track. We’re pretty conveniently close to the end of the first quarter right now. I say we vote on the current contenders for member of the first quarter, instead of member of February. We could keep the same prizes and whatnot. Just my .02. You’re all winners in my book, but I’m still voting for the pickle!
