Looking for a mechanical engineer that can put together drawings and specifications for ventilation in a small space based on our process engineer’s report. So far I’m having no luck finding someone that is capable of doing this locally; all the mech contractors in the area that I’ve talked to so far are actually just installers. Lab space is under 500sqft total and extraction room is an unclassified space of 150sqft. We were planning on utilizing a Cup5 with vent kits for use in unclassified spaces and a separate fume hood for rotovap and filtering processes. Planning to hold less than 180g with at most 10g of ethanol in use at any time. Located in NJ.
