Not from a little vape pen. Its super common as you can easily take little hits and just ride the visual high and not go overboard or blast completely off.
Its not my thing but you can tell by the mothball clouds on the dance floor that its a lot of other peoples thing.

Before dab rigs existed we used to smoke hash oil from these pipes. There was no other options other than rolling it up with weed or ontop of a pipe.
