Max vacuum for Edwards em18?

Quick question, does anyone know what the max vacuum depth for an Edwards em18 should be roughly in microns?

quick google search yielded this, looks to be about 7.4x10^-4 torr, or about 7.4 microns

I just got the bad news myself, it’s a single stage and therefore incapable of reaching the desired depth I’m looking for… what a rough blow!
