@Roguelab I assume process would be the same if you would use only THCA isolate instead of distillate? Or how would you turn CBG kief into THCA lamousse if you would use THCA isolate?

THC is a liquid at room temp
Original la mousse was/is created be placing it in a cellofhane bag as usual then placing this bag in a warm atmosphere 38-42C for 24 hours at least this will decarboxilate small portion of the thc-a to thc
To enhance this effect the bag is frozen ( rupture of the trichrome skin and liberating the oily thc ) and warmed again for some time
Some repeat this process several times
Now when you are contemplating this process on cbg pollen remember that CBG is the fastest decarboxilating cannabinoid BUT cbg-a and cbg are solids at roomtemp so you will need to decarb a bit of the thc-a to create oil
Often a non cannabis oil is added to the mix like grapeseed oil to make it more oily since it has no taste when burned but be careful with discoloration
Since it s an oil and can become a solvent when used to much
@Roguelab can you actually send me PM I have couple extra questions about this, I have 1kg of this very nice soft and fluffy (it’s almost like playdough) cbd+cbg kief and thca isolate and I want to properly turn it into lamousse. I don’t want to stretch this post I rather just post later what worked for me and how.

I made a lot of experiments making my own hash. I didn’t know about what you’re saying regarding the CBG and the acidic form cannabinoids to make it bubbly. Anyway, I normally use this CBG kieff alongside other CBD and less powdery kieff + DIST + terps. Sometimes it went alright but sometimes I create an unsmokeable shit blob. If you made a successful tryout I would love to see it

Sry for being noisy, but… Can i ask you to try and make specific hash? with:
- powdered weed leaves or powdered bud (from coffee grinder),
disty and some terps,
If somehow it would be possible to mimic hash with this combo….

biomass “shooould” (i guess) be close as damiana, and it’s kinda actual weed
beside that… If you think about how some hash are made - it’s kinda same “powder leaves” and THC-concentrate (weed-kief), and after processes like decarbing hash (in some cultures people decarb hjash), which mean that in the end-product it’s kinda very same to distillate in material specifics like being hella sticky, honey-like after decarbing ext.
So it’s possible i bet.
Only thing is… Who knows how good it will be
I already thought about that, in fact recently saw a COA from a Moroccan “kief” and the cannabinoids percentages were all below 1%, so I think it’s just biomass or pollen from male plants. I already saw damiana and blue lotus hash, so it’s possible. I’ll try make it but don’t spect something delicious. Somewhat something similar happen when moon rocks get old. The bud part is consumed by the distillate and the result is a brown ball with sticks in it
If you want to use ground herbs as base to build your hasj from I recommend extracting that first they are full of terpenes and flavors that are hard to mask
Damiana powder has a good color but strong flavor extract it all off prior to use
Working with a HTE instead of lab terps makes a product that several daily smokers where surprised about
That was very probably a cannabinoid readout from biomass ( sticks stems seed and inflorescence ) hammermilled and set for sale

First photo corresponds to the COA From my last message. Second image is another Moroccan hash in pressed form from the same supplier, and now the numbers are more normal, also the colour. The 0’x kief is extremely green, so I think it’s just grounded biomass
