Lowest cost certified hydrocarbon setup that can handle fresh frozen

I have a project where I need to add a c1d1 and a hydrocarbon extraction system capable of live resin

I know the old school little ets unit is pretty cheap but not really setup for live

Was also looking at @c1d1labs setup. Any suggestions?

Hey! Thanks for considering us  shoot me a dm or give me a call 510-410-1083 Monday morning. We can go through all the details of your project and get you a quote! We now offer installation, HVAC and more

Check out the Titan series from Xtractor Depot at TITAN Landing Page – Xtractor Depot. They can also get you set up with a C1D1 room, and any ancillaries and consumables you may need as well. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you’d like more details.

I would highly avoid C1D1 labs.

I have been recently been getting contacted by a few of his ‘spin tech’ customers who are very dissatisfied with what they were sold, after the fact.

Apparently the GLG keeps referring people to vendors who cant keep their word, or steal/rob from their clients promising unrealistic results.

The CHEAPEST unit that will handle live resin production is not going to be off the shelf.

Buying a used/disassembled closed loop system, and assembling it as you desire to meet your production goals, is the cheapest way to do this.

A lot of labs start with old/used ETS MEP-30 units, which are super simple to run, and can easily be converted to run Live Resin/Fresh Frozen materials.

We’ve installed close to two dozen ETS MEP systems, in various custom configurations.

You can get into one for as low as $20-30k for a running system, and getting it running with ancillary equipment (heaters, chillers, vacuum, c1d1) could cost $10k-25k.

If you want, we have some MEP sets sitting that can be used to assemble as you wish, to meet your processing needs.

An imported 100L or 200L ASME solvent or collection vessel should NOT cost more than $4k-7k, if its not certified by a USA ASME shop.

If you’re paying anyone more than that, you’re paying for your vendor’s next vacation.

Dm me

Interested in what type of engineer cert a used machine requires to be used in my licensed setting with my fire guys and state can folks.

Thank you.

This is probably the best option

Forgot to mention, our company offer 3rd party peer reviews for systems sold by ourcolleagues, and we have a peer PE that reviews our systems when we sell them ourself.

DM’ing you.

We also review C1D1, C1D2, custom electrical devices, etc…

Hi was hoping to be able

Or dm here.

Thanks

Not trying to deviate the topic too much. But what was the issue with the Spin Tech systems

Lol are you still sitting on those ETS units? And having Usama put his rubber stamp on things?

@apeksuser I can help you get a system within your budget whether new or used, advise on compliance side of things, help spec out the proper ancillary gear, help source a C1D1 room or design one, and train on how to actually hit production goals. Pretty sure most that are selling the gear can’t actually help you meet production goals with proper SOPs because they just don’t have the experience.

@Cassandra.whitfield I would be happy to help you out as well!

I love how anytime someone says they are they best fit or the best solution they follow it up with bashing their competitors.

Do you guys really think this is a good look?

Illuminated Extractors has the only system really worth buying in the end… For what you will spend over time on other units will be exponentially greater than what you spend up front for our systems. (Facts)

No water heaters, no nitrogen, no co2 / dry ice, no expensive chillers, “unlimited” solvent during extraction, no molsieve bs ever again… +50c to -50c in minutes. The system pretty much runs the system.

Illuminated is the ONLY company that can offer these patented solutions to the industry.

We are the leaders of the industry in technology. Just look around, everyone is using our processes now a days to make THCa isolate. I personally developed the method of using our propane rated GD1 wiped film evaporator / mixer / RCMS many years ago to crash 98% pure CBDa isolate. Now I have even cooler tech coming out! Just when you think everything has been figured out I drop something new no one ever thought of trying! No membranes required! (Patent Pending) :person_shrugging: :mechanical_arm: :sunglasses:

Edit: I could do a single compressor system that can still inject below 0c (performed on an old model R600) that consists of the machine and compressor and nothing else. It would be our smallest unit produced, the C4K unit.

Good morning, I can help you find the right equipment for the end products you are looking to produce. I work at BVV, and we supply Hydrocarbon and Ethanol Extraction equipment as well as solvents. I can set up a call with our product specialist to determine the necessary equipment you need and what yields you can achieve with that equipment.

I belive any closed loop is capable of creating live resin, not sure their’sa certain tyoe of closed for only live resin? First of all, as long as your start material is rated for live resin. Just have the proper ancillary equipment to get cold enough, if you dont have money for ancillary, get material columns and solvent tanks with open jackets so you can use dry ice instead. Add some coils so you can make a dry ice bath for injection. Key is to run fresh material and cold enough as well. By the way ive been using ETS and upgrading as we go, but those things can definitely make live resin. Just have to change and add some parts on the gear a bit.

He’s trolling you all. He’s worked for more CLS companies than anyone on this forum.

I loved seeing everyone’s true colors though. :joy::rofl::joy:
