Specifically we are looking for an SOP with decent yield and with no chromatography required afterwards. Also I’m not looking for boiling flask additives on short path but rather straight from CBD distillate or isolate to Delta 9

You could use a seperate reactor for the reflux and reaction but still

How else would you run a reaction without using some additive in a round bottomed flask?
Let me clarify, I said that incorrectly:
I don’t want to perform the transformation while I’m distilling crude (assuming it would only work for crude). I want the process to be a conversion of existing distillate. So that I can use it on my inventory.
just a guess here but redistill with the catalyst?
