Unfortunately my employer is shutting things down in the next week or two. I’m looking for opportunities ideally in San Diego, but open to traveling for gigs. Industry experience in management, ethanol extraction, winterizing, post-processing, wiped-film distillation. I also have an extensive background in mechanics, electrical systems, automation, and building weird shit. I’m Lean Six Sigma certified and specialize in problem-solving. I have a friend/coworker that’s an experienced lab manager and formulator looking for work as well.
