Looking for the Best RSO Oil

Hi fam, my dear friend has been diagnosed with cancer and we’re on the search for ultra-pure high quality RSO oil for her treatment. We are going to follow the Rick Simpson protocol and are trying to find someone out there who has the real deal.

Many companies are simply taking ethanol extracted crude and trying to pass it off but we know the best RSO is ethanol extracted, winterized, carbon scrubbed and decarbed and we are trying hard to find the right producer.

Please reach out with any info that you have. Thank you and take care!

You got solid data on that?

I suggest more reading…

Eg: https://future4200.com/t/distillate-kos-cancer/73658/ and RSO Made with bho machine and Feco solids

What potency do you expect?

To me “RSO” is pretty much synonymous with “FECO”, and should be 55-60% cannabinoids. Extraction was done at rm temp. For at least several hrs (if not days).

Will a winterization pass before decarb drop out important actives? Dunno. But if you’re gonna winterize, extracting cold is arguably less work and generally give a much more pleasant tasting final product.

Will a carbon scrub pull out the magic?

It might? I don’t believe it’s known.

If it’s ONLY the cannabinoids that are required, why would one want “RSO” or “FECO”

Which is why I asked for the data source “we” are basing “scrubbed and winterized is better”.

Just a description of “better” might help.

Edit: I get where you’re coming from. Trying to get the best meds for a friend. but “pure” and “RSO” don’t really belong in the same sentence.

Yeah, real OG RSO is nothing like that. Did you watch Rick’s video? Crudest of Crude oil from what I remember.

Yup, he did a warm naptha soak

Where are you?

THC or CBD dominant?

Generally speaking neither are going to be “compliant” getting across state or national boarders.

So presumably you need a local supplier

We are based out of Arizona. From everything we’ve read, it is the high THC RSO we are looking for.

If anyone has any leads, it would all be greatly appreciated!

Thc content shouldn’t matter just take more oil if it’s 50-60% thc. You want all the crude goodies for proper Rick Simpson oil

If you are considering growing, I would donate seeds to the cause.

I would not agree that the best RSO is winterized or carbon scrubbed but ethanol extract does seem to be the best extraction method and decarbing is necessary

The extract you described would be better for distillation but not necessarily better medicine

Best results I’ve seen were from room temp ethanol extract with 10% water mixed into the solvent, filtered down to 220 micron, decarbed to about 75% complete then add 2.5% live resin sauce, 5% cbd, 5% cbg, 2.5% cbn, and other minor cannabinoids like cbc or cbdv if possible

If you have little equipment or resources then it can be any room temp extracted ethanol extract. The ethanol extract can also be replaced with decarbed rosin

Then whichever extract you are using is diluted
5:1 (oil:extract) into a mix of 50/50 blackseed oil/mct oil

Eat .25ml a day to start and increase the dose weekly until you’re at 2ml per day or higher, continue for 6 months

It’s not classic RSO anymore like this but it worked the best

Also combine this with juicing fresh(not cooked) fruits and veggies which are dark purple or black or red and periodic fasting

Really interesting write up. What is the rationale for the 10% water in ethanol? Are you advocating that RSO should not be winterized?

Changes the extraction profile.

Not a comment on the SOP, but it reminded me of chlorophyll being soluble in water. No data, but I’ve always wondered if chlorophyll from cannabis is of medicinal benefit in RSO. Some unknown synergy seems to be at play IMO

It allows more water soluble compounds to be extracted like a higher ratio of flavonoids, giving it a better medicinal profile imo

@cyclopath called it

Potency guestimate (of “RSO”) was mentioned because you need room for

but I’ve got no solid data either way on where the required magic is located.

Most Flavonoids are extracted with ethanol and water so that’s why they’re present in RSO but not distillate or BHO extracts

Flavonoids, a diverse group of plant-derived compounds, have garnered attention for their potential anticancer properties. These compounds are abundant in various plants, including cannabis, and exert their effects through multiple mechanisms:

  1. Antioxidant Activity:
Flavonoids can neutralize reactive oxygen species (ROS), reducing oxidative stress that can lead to DNA damage and cancer development. By modulating ROS-scavenging enzyme activities, they help maintain cellular integrity.

  2. Modulation of Cell Signaling Pathways:
These compounds influence key signaling pathways involved in cell proliferation and survival. For instance, they can arrest the cell cycle, induce apoptosis (programmed cell death), and suppress cancer cell proliferation and invasiveness.

  3. Anti-Inflammatory Effects:
Chronic inflammation is a known risk factor for cancer. Flavonoids exhibit anti-inflammatory properties by inhibiting pro-inflammatory pathways, thereby potentially reducing cancer risk.

  4. Inhibition of Angiogenesis:
Flavonoids can prevent the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) that tumors need for growth and metastasis. By inhibiting angiogenesis, they may restrict tumor expansion.

Cannabis-Derived Flavonoids:
Cannabis (Cannabis sativa) contains unique flavonoids known as cannaflavins. Recent studies have explored their potential anticancer effects:
• Cannflavin A: Research indicates that Cannflavin A may have anti-tumor effects in bladder cancer cell lines, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic agent.
• Flavonoid Derivatives: Certain flavonoid derivatives from cannabis have demonstrated significant therapeutic potential in treating pancreatic cancer, including enhancing the effectiveness of radiotherapy and inhibiting cancer metastasis.

Flavonoids from Other Plants:
Beyond cannabis, various dietary flavonoids have shown anticancer potential:
• Apigenin: Found in parsley, celery, and chamomile, apigenin has been observed to inhibit cell growth and induce apoptosis in cervical cancer cells.
• Genistein: Predominantly present in soy products, genistein has been identified as an angiogenesis inhibitor, potentially inhibiting the uncontrolled cell growth of various cancers, including prostate and breast cancer.
• Myricetin: This flavonoid, abundant in berries, grapes, and walnuts, has demonstrated effectiveness in protecting cells from carcinogenic mutations and inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells.

In summary, flavonoids from cannabis and other plants exhibit promising anticancer properties through various mechanisms. Ongoing research continues to explore their potential therapeutic applications in cancer prevention and treatment.

Hi everyone, my friend managed to settle on some RSO from her local dispensary and so far so good!

SCAM WARNING- There were a few members that reached out to my account recommending a guy saying he had the most medicinal and powerful RSO. Each of these members gave a very heartfelt story about how they got RSO from this contact for their family members and I passed the info over to my friend…well…hook, line and sink! My friend ended up losing several hundred dollars that she could not afford to lose to this contact thinking this was a saving grace to her condition and it turns out that it was a total scam! This contact told her that he ships out of California, took her money and then told her the RSO has shipped…then he tries to tell her that she needed to pay some unexpected customs issues and now needs to pay 4x as much getting “Customs Clearance” and it was at that point when she knew she was scammed.

The scammer’s info is: rawhemp.sales@gmail.com or +1 213-290-1004

Apologies in advance if this is against the rules. She’s fighting for her life and there are people that want to pray on that and it’s sickening.

I also wanted to reach out and see if there are any extractors that are willing to let me hire you so we can create the best RSO on the market and sell it as a water soluble RSO liquid on the hemp market. I am a finished goods manufacturer by trade and have been so inspired by the progress she’s seen that I feel a need to see if I can get this product into the hands of more people out there.

If interested, please reach out!

Does rso oil work because it is full spectrum? Would other full spectrum extracts have the same effects? idk the answers, but the people reading this probably do.
