Looking for THCA grow consultant

Hello,
Im looking to start a small-scale hemp thca grow here in Colorado with a new hemp company. Im looking for someone who currently is involved with thca and can help with the following areas.

Legally navigating usda/cda regulations
Genetics
Testing
Relevant grow methods
Relevant dry/cure methods

Im am only interested in producing hemp that meets legal federal regulations, and working with professionals who follow the terms and requirements of future4200.com, thank you.

You probably shouldn’t be doing that in Colorado then? Pretty sure even under the most generous interpretation of law you can’t do intoxicing hemp there? Maybe I’m wrong. I think what you are looking for is going to be difficult to find.

Yeah, youre right. It’s not illegal to ship hemp products direct sale from Colorado, but it may not be the best state to grow hemp in. Where to best do the grow is unknown, but we’re not far from other states.

Are you interested in hemp that meets the federal regulations or the federal statutes as amended my relevant court cases?

Those are pretty different - and that will let us all know how gray you are willing to get in this conversation.

I’ve grown hemp in Colorado - not the best place for that, IMO. Go a little further east, the land is cheaper and the crop will grow better.

I’m up for offering my services to point you to the appropriate regulations and statutes. To sharing my understanding of the genetics. To pointing you to at least three labs that I trust not to fuck things up so royally. To talking to you about grow methods (indoor, outdoor, under glass). And to talking to you about the methods I have used for drying, curing, trimming, and packaging. Plus what to do with everything else that is left over after that.

Its worth noting that the cannabis grown at my licensed cannabis grower in Michigan will meet the federal statutes where they are but will not meet the federal regulations. And that is a pretty important thing to remember.

Hit those DMs if you want to know more. <3

Also - seriously cute dogs.

excellent, sent you a DM. The dogs are too social. The brown one escapes and follows neighbors home, it’s a whole thing.

I personally own a licensed cultivation facility in Oregon and run one in Michigan. Been doing commercial cultivation since 2000

There are 3-4 guys on here with this much experience that I would pay.

What’s your budget for the buildout and operation is alway my first question

Using the terms “cultivation consult” and “auto flower” in the same sentence is a red flag.

Do your own research and participate in a successful grow before trying to own your own. Needing a consultant is like asking for an extra salesmen at the car lot. I learned to cook on the inside of operations under other people’s dime. And i would recommend any serious player to take the same path. Trade what you know to others for their info, but dont pay for it

What design and buildout expertise do you gain by being a cultivation tech?

Putting the cart before the horse a bit no?
