OP wants folks to provide and ship cannabis. They may well believe it’s legal. Or they may not. I’m leaning towards the latter, and my query is about addressing that. If they truly believe it’s legal, then bailing folks out & providing legal representation shouldn’t be an issue.
If you’ve got packs you’d like to drop ship, and believe that you’re entitled to do so, then have at it.
My interpretation of the current rules is there is no such thing as “thca hemp”…but I really don’t care if folks want to ship cannabis wherever/whenever they like.
However, @dabpens is asking for others to take all the risk, for only some of the reward associated with that risk.
Hold the product. Ship the product. Have lots of it.
Asking if they offer bail and legal representation should their “contractors” find themselves in trouble because the jurisdiction they ship to/from has a different interpretation of the rules than they do (or don’t) is a long way from attacking their business model…but I am looking to make it clear that it’s very much like the old skool practice of having minors hold your stash
To be clear my intentions behind this post were to find a company who is already in this business with these products and operating in compliance with their local/state/federal laws.
In the case that an individual would want to entertain the opportunity it would not be entertained.
In the case of lawyer fees or any other associated fees of doing business - these would be reserved in the company and agreement by both parties before any business were conducted.
To my current knowledge certain states have chosen to test hemp flowers including THC-A, and excluding THC-A.
The ones that have chosen to test excluding THC-A, have opened this opportunity.
