Looking for some instrument time

Hi all. I have run the oxidation of CBD to CBN. I am looking for someone to lend me some instrument time to verify the product. TLC confirms consumption of starting material and nothing else in the product. Proton NMR confirms the presence of another aromatic ring.

I need a GC-MS to verify 310 for CBN. I am located in Castle Rock, CO and will go to you.

Help this Guy out !!! @cyclopath @Photon_noir :slightly_smiling_face:

:innocent:

Heading to CO in a week, was planning on bringing my SRI 420.

it’s able to differentiate cbd vs cbn, but retention time is insufficient to actually confirm CBN.

Thanks for the heads up, @Roguelab, but I don’t have a mass spec system.

It sounds like you really know what you are doing, @anon93688, so I recommend finding a “cannalytical” lab you trust and who is willing to work with you when you describe the scenario. You can probably find a fellow analytical chemist who will at least let you see and print all the data they collect on your samples at the acquisition computers and discuss the analysis with them. Good luck!
