I’m looking for a facility that already has a C1D1-rated extraction area built out for hydrocarbon extraction.
Ideally, I’m looking for a facility that has previously been approved/permitted for hydrocarbon extraction, with the goal of significantly reducing the time and cost associated with permitting and bringing a new facility online.
I’m open to:

An existing extraction facility that is currently operational

A facility that was previously permitted for hydrocarbon extraction

A facility with a completed C1D1 buildout that has not yet been brought online

Lease, purchase, or other arrangements depending on the situation
The facility would need to be suitable for a commercial hydrocarbon extraction operation.
