I use alibaba.com for my custom boxes. I have been very happy and paid way less than any quote I’ve ever been given. I use Shenzhen Hoohoom Technology Co Ltd as my source for cart boxes. Give them the size requirements, send them your artwork, and they will make you what you want. I got 20k, 4-color custom boxes for my 510 1ml carts and I paid about $0.51/ea to my door with air shipping(relatively fast). They do other sizes of boxes, as well as mylar packaging. I’ve used them 4 times now and have been nothing but satisfied. I think the MOQ is 5k pieces, and you should expect to pay more at that quantity, and depending on how fast you want it shipped. They offer good customization, low MOQ flexibility, and decent turnaround times. You can also check with local printers for faster lead times, especially if you need quick reorders.
