Looking for consult on a nano-syrup like Liquid Karma

slightly different we will be doing 500mg per 60ml bottle

I’ve been tasked with recreating this type of syrup for a client and branding it for him

I know it might be done with a high pressure homogenizer but I need specifics like which one and price range and also how it can be scaled to large batches

I also am looking for a recipe and someone with experience not just ideas.

Actually, @Rowan knows what he’s talking about with food and beverage.
Make sure you got your boxes checked on homogenization with the right kind of emulsifier and turbidity.
Sodium benzoate is what most commercial products use — I like propolis but it might not be strong enough Or as long lasting as you may need

If you can use monk fruit and urythithol that’s great — sugar is bad for cancer and the synthetics are poly chlorinated ie Ace K and aspartame.

I like Mac nut oil if you’re starting from isolate
