Looking for an advisor to help with lab revenue management

Hi, we are a going to be setting up a new lab for extraction and refinement.
We need some help from someone in the know who can help make sure we are managing our revenues intelligently.
Need advice about tolling rates, split rates, and bulk oil sales.

We are close to securing a 100 acre processing deal that will likely be a split deal. This can expand to an exclusive arrangement on a few hundred more acres.

The ideal person knows what split arrangements are being done now, and what current tolling rates are.

Our goal is to operate at high capacity and provide market conscious pricing to our clients and partners.

You need CAPEX/Revenue management.

This site is usually geared towards more scientific information and not necessarily cash flows (from what I’ve seen).

My advice, as someone who’s been in constant contact with departments managing finances, is to contact a major engineering firm and discuss scope with them. They will be able to help substantially—as far as market research for price points, it’s so highly variable, you want to develop a price range for products that are feasible for your market and try to err on the high end of that.
