We’ve been using one of these to fill caps. We run the tube straight into a 2L flask on a heated stirrer. Works great:
With a 400 cap jig we can rip through a bunch of caps in an hour or two:
The jig is the only bottleneck as it takes a little too long to load and will leave one man standing idle. We’ve ordered a second 400 hole jig to fix that though.
