Without building it yourself: there’s a 12"x12" for $450 and 24"x48" for $12-1500 from various consumer mycology supply shops.

Filter alone is usually $80-120.

Still Air Box until you can build or buy a nice Laminar has been the general path.

Edit: Gordo looks nice for the cost. My guesstimates come with a huge grain of salt.
