Wolkentek has the best carts for rosin. Take a look at them at wolkentek.com . Contact me if you would like an introduction with them. tobyl@naturesnirvana.net or 805-358-5218 Toby

do you recommend the quartz or ceramic atomizer?

I am still waiting for some samples @Wolkentek was sending me.

I’ve been cutting my hte down and mixing it with cbd isolate @(50%) and terps @(1%)

What would you call it?

That mix is for .5 or 1 ml

Does this still work if you don’t backfill an inert gas? I don’t have n2 or any other use for the equipment so I’m wondering if I can do this with just pulling a vacuum. I ordered a 3”x6” spool and some hp clamps from glaciertanks, I was just planning on pulling a vacuum. I figured I could toss it in the freezer without releasing the vacuum, let the terps condense and try to recollect them in the vessel with the resin

I would consider distillate flavored with live terpenes to be more live than live extracted distillate that has no terpene profile.

IMO once an extract has been processed in a way which will affect the terpene profile and composition, such as winterization, activation, distillation makes the concentrate no longer live. The smell and flavor profile is what people are looking for in live concentrates, and if the extract is processed afterwards and you completely wipe out your terpene profile it really isn’t live even if it were made from live/ff biomass.

The only carts I would consider to be truly live were to be high quality extracts that can run through carts without activation, winterization, distillation. . . . or the sauce remaining from the production of live diamonds.

Thats an awesome idea! Does the CBD or THCa crash out over time?

These look amazing! Did you happen to use the @Dred_pirate method on these?

Yes I’d say as long as your not leaving them in a car where temps can fluctuate that isn’t really a huge concern, but there is other variables as well. In my experience it was a good experiment

So you’re purging it at room temp? Whipping on a hot plate or room temp? Mine keep crystalizing. I have been making them with just the terp poured off my sugar and straining them before. Now that I’ve tried to use the whole solution, it’s crystalizing quick.

Nice work. Whats your temps/duration to liquify? Im about to do a bho run on fresh frozen but this is my first time and keep hearing that its impossible to get it to. Vaping consistency without separating or cutting with terps.

Just ranted about this the other day. “Live Resin Enhanced” is the only verbage that is actually truthful. Putting 6% HTE in a Distillate Cart and branding it as a Live Resin Experience is just straight-up dishonesty. I’d like to believe consumers are waking up to the deception but I’m also delusional enough to think the big players that have integrity can legitimize this industry. I am personally seeing real, legitimate businessmen making big moves to standardize quality, but only time will tell if purpose-driven businesses can defeat the “lowest price possible regardless of anything else” game that this industry has been plagued with.

impossible? no.
better if you separate and decarb ONLY the THCA fraction? absolutely.

if you’re heating terpenes in O2 they WILL degrade.

yes it can

How efficiently, do you have some idea? if we had a cart with 15%THCa in it, what % would actually be vaporized as THCa? Just wondering
