I guess these guys were using āhempā THCa in their rec system
15 A No. I said: In the last six months, weāve sold
16 $12 million in just distillate. To date, we have done over
17 $20 million in sales. Those are accepted sales.
18 Q How much of that distillate had THC derived from
19 THC-A?
20 A Over 80 percent.
21 Q I think Mr. Maritz testified earlier that youāre
22 not going to make distillate from THC-A-based concentrate
23 in the future; is that right?
24 A That is correct.
25 Q Okay.
14 From what this shows in Metrc is that the facility
15 took a certain amount of bud flower material and they took
16 that and they made concentrate. They made 223 grams of
17 concentrate. And from that 223 grams, then they took
18 4 grams of that concentrate, and then they came up with
19 38,698 grams
Looks like there was another 5g lot that became ~130KG after adding converted oil
openly admitting to moving this much THCa across state lines in a courtroom is wild
This might be interesting. @Cassin what say ye?
I read through it, it seems to only address Arkansas law attempting to change the definition of hemp(THC ratio vs federal standard) and the vagueness of ācontinuous transportationā
I donāt think it explicitly involved d8, definitely not THCa like a certain lawyer is claiming
hereās the actual ruling: ORDER GRANTING PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION.pdf - Google Drive
California AG suing Tweedle farms and others
so they didnt add the ca label?
The beta-myrcene warning, the missing THC warning label, and inhalable hemp products being banned by AB45 seem to be the central issues
stupid businessmen dont know their business.
Seems like a normal injunction to me. Specific on shitty definitions (often the case with legislationā¦) and limiting things that are not allowed in states rights.
Thereās other laws all over the country that do very similar things without preventing transportation. You can regulate sales of stuff in your own state, but not stuff passing through.
Kind of like Kansas has weird rules about beer and such.
All of this will probably change after the Farm Bill comes out. Iām sure you all have seen the RFI responses - not very many are industry friendly at this point. Sure hope everyone submitted their thoughts on changes to the HEMP RULES and how it will impact YOUR BUSINESS.
I know I did. But Iām not seeing a lot of others out there. And the number of voices asking for more regulation and prohibition is vast.
Such is life. Arkansas has a medical program and they are probably trying to fix parts of that from the weird shit that is coming from conversions. And by weird shit, I mean the stuff that has poor labeling, poor testing, unknown impurities, and basically no opportunity to contact the manufacturer in case something goes wrong.
Cause those products donāt have the minimum standards that Americans donāt even think about but expect on consumer packaged goods.

If the jar does not fit you must acquit!
