I ran similar to this in my garage years ago. I had 2 10lb columns on the wall into a 12x24 honey pot. I had bidirectional flow for crude production as well. Running on 1 trs good times
Wowwwzers recovering hexane too huh?! Thx for posting!!
How fast does that new bizzybee go?
Thank you for acknowledging my set up. I’ve learned everything from Futue4200, built every thing from ground up, lots of lessons learned and so much more I dont know. Any advice is welcome. Where are you located?
Only two runs so far. But, I don’t have time to do anything else when she’s recovering because it fnishes too fast. Ha.
Once I get my scale I’ll clock her
What kind of hoses are those?
wow that is awesome!!, what is that smaller column all the way to the left with the sight glasses. im trying to build my own 3" falling film unit and use dry ice colums to condense the alcohol instead of buying a 50l roto,
Hi, To all great people in here!
2 DIY raising /falling films units from the last year.
New baby coming online soon
Woah dude
I am also using shed tek…
i bet homie would like a rolling chair
Are you attempting on making a fractional column in the second pic? Oh wait my bad i just seem it’s a solvent evaporator
Also you should get in touch with @Scientific710. Im sure Clancy can slap a iron fist mount to load/unload your biomass vertically plus extracting biomass per a run is always beneficial.
Hi! It’s just a falling film … extraction is another baby… was waiting for my hot water boilers to arrive…
3ps 3.000.000btu each … evaporation rate with 1100 sq ft of evaporation area = will see!
Nice dude! You’re going to be using a fire kettle reboiler?
bog standard LPG hoses…
Would love to see this thing up close!
It ain’t much. But its mine. This machine started out as a 1lb vertical system about 5years ago. Shes been upgraded and overhauled like 3 times. But I’m done fucking with it. Im Building a massive system now. 300L collection. 8x60"columns. Gonna be an absolute pain in the ass. I can tell. Just started playing with distillation. Pretty fun.
How many lbs per hour that cat run? @MonsterInc
Its a CAT1 lab
