I’m making this post today to see if anyone is interested in leasing land for commercial cannabis cultivation or possibly even Hemp cultivation. The property is in the Monterey County area. We have a house with wells and there are untapped wells throughout the property. The county just passed an ordinance for a pilot program for Outdoor Cannabis Cultivation. The whole property is close to 3,000 acres but most of it are hills. Realistically, a few hundred acres may be used. If there any questions, feel free to hit me up. Thanks!
